Groundwork terms
Simple enough to understand before we meet
If there is a fit, Groundwork is formally activated after you explicitly accept the $1,000 one-time activation fee and the rate card. Any next substantive working session happens under those terms.
- Live working sessions and required compliance work are billed at role-based hourly rates, prorated to the minute.
- At most two Caritas team members are billable in any meeting.
- A hard monthly cap on metered work is agreed before work begins.
- Supporting async analysis and write-ups are included while Groundwork is active and are not time-billed.
- The activation fee is separate from the metered cap. There is no retainer or minimum usage charge. Metered Groundwork is invoiced at month-end, NET 15.
