Terms and SMS Terms

You may use the site for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, misrepresent your identity, or use the site to violate another person's rights.

Site content, branding, design, and original materials belong to GSD at Work LLC d/b/a Caritas Venture Co. or its licensors. You may view and share links to public pages, but these terms do not grant a license to reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without permission.

The Caritas SMS program provides conversational, customer-care, and informational messages about your inquiry or an existing business conversation. Messages may include automated and AI-assisted replies. This program does not use your SMS consent to send marketing or promotional messages.

You may opt in through our SMS opt-in form. When you opt in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Submitting the web form creates a self-attested consent record. It does not activate texting. The program is activated only after you send the first inbound message from that mobile number, which confirms control of the number.

Message frequency varies according to your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Check your wireless plan for details. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed in every location or on every device.

We may suspend, change, or end the SMS program or its phone number at any time. If we make a material change that affects your choices, we will update these terms and provide any notice required by law.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We may send one final confirmation that your opt-out request was processed. After that, you will receive no further messages under this program unless you opt in again.

Reply HELP for help, or email hello@caritas.ventures. You can receive customer care by email without consenting to text messages.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers, message content, and consent records. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Website content and preliminary conversations are general information, not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Consulting services are governed by a separate written agreement when applicable. If a separate agreement conflicts with these site terms, the separate agreement controls for those services.

We work to keep the site and messaging service accurate, secure, and available, but they are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that every response, recommendation, link, or automated output will be complete, current, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSD at Work LLC d/b/a Caritas Venture Co. and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the site or messaging program. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes to the SMS program will be reflected here before they apply to new opt-ins.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not governed by a separate written agreement must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
