AI Cooking Show + Hackathon · For rooms of leaders
A room of leaders, fired up and building with AI, in a single day.
A full-day event for CEO peer groups, leadership institutes, industry associations, and leadership teams. One member's real workflow gets rebuilt live in front of the room, we answer the questions your members sent in beforehand, and then everyone builds in a hackathon judged on the spot. In person, or ~5–6 hours remote.
No prerequisites and nothing to buy first. $20,000 MSRP for the full day on site, travel at cost. A ~5–6 hour remote edition is scoped on request.

Who it's for
Built for rooms of leaders
It works best across companies, for leadership in particular: people who own budgets, run teams, and leave with a decision rule for AI investment. We also run it inside a single company.
CEO peer groups
YPO chapters and forums, mastermind groups, and founder networks. Members bring a plus-one from their company and build against their own workflows.
Institutes and associations
Leadership institutes running executive cohorts and industry associations that need a program members talk about afterward. Repeatable across cohorts.
Leadership teams
A single company's extended leadership team, when you want bottom-up AI momentum to start from one room on one day.
How the day runs
The day, in four acts
01 / Before
Your members send in their questions
Every attendee gets a phone number to call ahead of the event. A custom voice agent on the line collects the questions they actually want answered (with the host's consent it can even speak in the host's cloned voice, AI disclosure included). One member volunteers as the live participant, and we map their real workflow in a short discovery call so the show starts from something real.
02 / Morning
The questions, answered
A short didactic session built from what your members sent in: where AI actually creates value, how to capture expert judgment without freezing bad assumptions into a system, and what evidence and sign-off a decision with money or liability at stake requires. Three minutes per question, no generic AI 101.
03 / Morning
The cooking show
The live participant's workflow gets rebuilt in front of the room with 5–10 AI tools in sequence, every output traced back to source material. Only the slice of the process the participant has approved is shown, on synthetic data. Then the room pushes back: we take one bounded revision request, agree the acceptance test out loud, and reveal the change (or an honest failure state) before lunch.
04 / Afternoon
The hackathon, everyone in
Teams of 3–5 (a member and their plus-one, mixed across companies) take defined roles: business owner at the keyboard, coach, verifier, scribe, presenter. A protected 90-minute build, a 2-minute Loom pitch per team, scoring against the rubric below, and a winner chosen in front of the room.
Hackathon judging
One rubric, 100 points, applied live
Every team's 2-minute Loom pitch is scored against the same weighted rubric, and one team takes the prize in front of the room.
Business pain & value
How real is the problem, and how much quantified value does solving it create?
Working proof
Does the build actually run: a live flow, a real result, no vaporware?
Evidence & human controls
Sources shown, failure states surfaced, and a named human sign-off before anything consequential.
Cost & path to production
What it would take, and cost, to run this for real after the event.
What gets transformed
Workflows we've shrunk live
Compression deltas from real cooking show demos. Your live participant's workflow goes through the AI kitchen in front of everyone.

Data enrichment
Data Enrichment
From the most recent full-day session: five teams shipped five working prototypes in a single protected build window, spanning mining-claim screening, order-to-cash, masonry takeoffs, candidate assessment, and competitor and talent intelligence.
How we keep it safe
Synthetic data, not your real records
Every demo runs on synthetic personas, customer profiles, and market scenarios that mirror your reality without exposing a single confidential detail. Compliance teams sign off, executives get the full transformation, and we can stress-test bold ideas in minutes: generate 1,000 simulated candidates, customers, or transactions on demand.
Evidence stays visible the whole way: outputs trace back to sources, failure states are shown honestly rather than papered over, and anything consequential requires a named human sign-off.
Investment
One day, one price
No prerequisites and nothing to buy first. The Cooking Show plus hackathon is a $20,000 (MSRP) full day on site, travel billed at cost. Prefer remote? A ~5–6 hour remote edition is available and scoped on request.

From the room
What attendees said
“There was so much that I learned in the last six or seven hours. There's just a way bigger threshold than what we were even looking at. I guess our toe in the water so far.”
“This is giving me goosebumps.”
“This process probably touches 15 people, 20 people. 25 to 33, maybe up to 50% of our process is information-heavy, replicatable, that the machine could do better than a human: faster, quicker, fewer errors. And so I see the value in the process.”
“Can we use this tomorrow?”
“Honestly, it is exciting. I want to see it implemented in my organization. I don't want to do it alone.”
“Holy cow, that's incredible.”
“20-40% of top candidates AI surfaced had been previously rejected.”
“We need to be doing this every year.”

What's on the burner
The orchestration is what matters more than any single tool. Knowing which ingredient to add at the right moment is the recipe.
Common questions
What hosts usually want to know
What is the AI Cooking Show?
A full-day event (or ~5-6 hours remote) that gets a room of leaders excited about AI by building in front of them, then with them. One member volunteers as the live participant and their real workflow gets rebuilt live with 5-10 AI tools. A short didactic session answers the questions your members sent in beforehand. Then everyone builds in a hackathon judged in the room. $20,000 MSRP for the full day on site, no prerequisites; a shorter remote edition is scoped on request.
Who is it for?
Rooms of leaders, ideally across companies: CEO peer groups such as YPO chapters and forums, mastermind groups, leadership institutes running executive cohorts, and industry associations. Members bring a plus-one from their company and build against their own workflows. We also run it inside a single company for an extended leadership team.
Is this in person or remote?
Both. In person is the preferred format: the questions and the cooking show in the morning, the hackathon in the afternoon, and a winner judged in the room. The same session runs remotely in about 5-6 hours and scales comfortably to hundreds of participants across locations; remote pricing is scoped on request.
How do we book it, and what does it cost?
$20,000 MSRP for the full day on site, with travel billed at cost; the ~5-6 hour remote edition is scoped on request. There are no prerequisites and nothing to buy first. Email hello@caritas.ventures with your group, approximate headcount, target dates, and whether you want in person or remote, and we'll scope the date, the room, and the live participant with you.
